Reflections from a regular Nia student-
"Nia is exuberant and joyful movement. I don't think of it as a tedious workout regimen, but an hour of fun after which I feel relaxed, recharged and grounded. While Nia moves are often unusual and can be challenging, they are playful and harmonious, connecting body, mind and spirit. Nia has considerably improved my fitness level and body image."
Evening Classes starting in March 18 at the Hamilton Recreation Center. Wed. 6:30pm
