Fresh Crop cooking series at Appleton Farms

This workshops offers a truly unique culinary-farm experience!

Join us for a guided walking tour in the fields, harvest your ingredients, then head back to the state-of-the-art farm kitchen to learn new ways of preparing them...followed by sampling, of course!　　

Chef-teacher Carolyn Grieco leads these 2-hour workshops and you'll go home with her scrumptious recipes. The crop variety is not pre-determined but will be chosen by what is in season on the farm...mother nature’s surprise! Don't forget your boots!
