Free Bird Walk at Cedar Pond Wildlife Sanctuary in Wenham

Mass Audubon's Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary will be leading a series of free bird walks in Hamilton and Wenham this spring, thanks to a grant from the Hamilton-Wenham Local Cultural Council.

Join Sanctuary Director Carol Decker for our first walk at Cedar Pond Wildlife Sanctuary in Wenham, a beautiful 165-acre property containing a mix of forest and wetlands, which attract a variety of migrating and nesting songbirds. Bring binoculars if you have them, and we'll bring a few extra pairs if you don't. Dress for the weather and wear sturdy footwear.

The walk is free, but to reserve your spot and get directions, call the Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary at 978-887-9264.
