Evening of Desserts
Wednesday, February 13 | 5:30-8pm
Participants in this workshop will learn to prepare the classic French dessert of puffed pastry filled with ice cream and topped with a full bodied brandy chocolate sauce. Appleton's farm fresh cream and eggs will be used to create this delicious dessert.
