Confident and Competent Girls: a group for middle school girls

Confident and Competent Girls is a 6 week psychotherapeutic group designed for middle school girls wanting to explore their relationships with their friends, with their families and with their selves.  Each week, through small group discussion, we will examine topics that are most concerning to the girls and discuss strategies that work best.  Cost is $150. for the 6 week session.  For more information, please call Jane Ross @978-836-8612 or view my website www.triwellhealth.com.
