BE Festive and BE Enlightened at the BE3 Holiday Wellness Event 
Can it be true? A relaxing holiday shopping experience that will make you feel healthier all for a good cause!  Find out for yourself and drop by the BE3 Holiday Wellness Event on Tuesday, December 10th  from 10:00am - 2:00pm at 102 Apple Street in Essex.  

Guests will have the opportunity to visit with local alternative practitioners who will be there to offer their expertise in modalities ranging from reflexology to acupuncture, massage and essential oils.  In addition there will be opportunities to indulge in mini wellness treatments including ionic cleanses, reflexology, massage, acupuncture, reiki, and psychic readings.

For those who need to finish their holiday shopping, the event will feature unique healthy gifts ranging from local honey and granola to jewelry and artwork as well as gift certificates for a variety of relaxing and rejuvenating treatments.  Relish Catering and Events will also be on hand sharing delicious holiday treats. 

The suggested donation is $25 per person at the door with the majority of the proceeds being donated to the to the non profit organization, iBme, which is dedicated to improving the lives of teens, parents, and professionals. Through mindfulness retreats, iBme (Inward Bound Mindfulness Education) helps participants cultivate awareness, compassion, and kindness for themselves, others, and the natural world.  (www.ibme.info)
