The Tank

None really, the community is about the people and these pictures really don't capture that...The tank picture is the next best.

Agree with Michelle, I love all these pictures but none of them completely says "HW" to me. Where are the people? Thousands watching Gabe's Run? Football game? Track meet? Election day? Xmas tree bonfire? Memorial day parade? Halloween happenings? ACORD food drive? Community House block party or Christmas with Santa? Dare I say it...town meeting? Let's cast a wider net maybe...?

Too late to open the submissions back up? With these comments, perhaps extending the photo submission time is a good idea.

Don't want to complicate things for you Bobby, but maybe open it up a bit longer? Here are some (unsolicited) thoughts that may help get more images, and keep the cover photo (and comments) fresh... - Have us vote every a picture for every season- we can vote now for a fall/winter one. and it keeps us interested and engaged for each "unveiling" at beginning of season. - Make SURE that each photo is landscape- some of the photos already submitted aren't really optimized for that - Gift card idea- 4 $50 gift cards gets pricey- maybe 4 smaller gift cards at Hendersons/Dunkin/Jolie Tea/Grassy Roots etc?

i think the problem with photos is that you may need to get their permission...correct?

Bill November 20, 2012 at 09:55 PM
I'd say either the pork butt or Patton Pork
Michelle Bailey November 20, 2012 at 09:59 PM
Bill - your comment is wholly inappropriate! If you want to make insensitive comments like that use your last name and picture, so we can all know to stay clear of you.

Bridge at Old Norwood Mill, though the Bacon and Eggs is clever

The park and tank, of course. More people recognize that as truly Hamilton.
