All Power Expected Back by Late Thursday Night

Everyone is expected to have their power back by Thursday night in Hamilton and Wenham.

All electric customers in Hamilton and Wenham are expected to have their power restored by Thursday night, according to National Grid.

The number of households without power in Hamilton stayed steady at 830 through Tuesday, while in Wenham the number dropped from a peak of 317 homes without power on Tuesday afternoon to 194 homes without power on Tuesday night.

On Tuesday afternoon, National Grid President Marcy Reed said that exact estimates for power restoration would be available on Tuesday evening. Late Tuesday night, National Grid said that by 11:59 p.m. on Thursday all power would be back on in both Hamilton and Wenham.

Hamilton Town Manager said power outages had been reported on Cutler Road, Forest Street, Gregory Island Road, Norris Road, School Street and Taft Road.
