Seth Romans Joins Board of North Shore United Way

Seth Romans, Founder, SJR Equity, has joined the Board of Directors of the North Shore United Way.

Mr. Romans founded SJR Equity to focus on acquiring equity positions in small to medium sized businesses as well as advising corporate boards.  Prior to forming SJR Equity, Mr. Romans spent eight years with Platinum Equity, where he led over $1 billion of complex acquisitions, divestitures and financing transactions in the U.S. and abroad, living in Paris between 2005 and 2008.  Born in Dallas, Texas, he received his Bachelor’s degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and earned his CPA qualification while part of the Assurance Group at KPMG.  Mr. Romans lives in Hamilton with his wife Jen and daughters Olivia and Lucy.
