Hale Global, the new majority owner of AOL's Patch local news websites, has dismissed the editors of three quarters of its newly acquired local news websites. That appears to have included our own local Hamilton-Wenham Patch editor, Bobby Gates. We miss you already, Bobby.
It appears as though most local content is now being posted directly by residents, local board members, etc. I hope folks will continue to do so by adding posts and comments and discussing issues and sharing ideas and local news.
For those of you seeking slightly broader content, I am launching my own news daily, titled NORTH SHORE REAL ESTATE TODAY, which will include local real estate information and news, along with other unrelated new chatter.
