Three Real Estate Open Houses Scheduled This Weekend
Home buyers will have a chance to check out three open houses in the two towns this weekend.
There are three open houses scheduled for this weekend in Hamilton and Wenham.
The scheduled open houses include two in Wenham and one in Hamilton and prices range from $399,000 to $599,000.
In Hamilton, the 2,874 square foot home at 255 Woodbury St. has an open house scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 17 from 2 to 3:30 p.m.

It is described in the real estate listing as a "spacious split-entry home" on almost an acre.
In Wenham earlier in the day, an open house is planned for noon to 2 p.m. at 3 Morgan St. The nearly 4,000 square foot home with four bedrooms was built in 1973 and has been "beautifully maintained," according to the real estate listing. It is listed for $599,000.

Later in the afternoon in Wenham, there is an open house at 28 Mayflower Dr. from 1 to 3 p.m.
The 2,600 square foot home in West Wenham has an in ground pool and is on a "scenic wooded lot." It is listed at $572,900
