Seven Local Places to Get Thanksgiving Dinner

A roundup of local restaurants (none in Hamilton or Wenham) that are serving dinner on Thanksgiving Day.

There’s no restaurants open for Thanksgiving dinner here in Hamilton and Wenham,  so hopefully the employees at our local restaurants, including , and can enjoy the day with their family and friends.

In neighboring communities there are a few options. But get on it quick, several places are reservation only and seats are filling up fast.

Beverly

Beverly Depot: A turkey dinner will be served in addition to the regular menu at Beverly Depot restaurant on Thanksgiving. The restaurant wil be open 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Danvers

There will be both a buffet in the Harborview Ballroom and a Thanksgiving menu in the dining rooms at Danversport Yacht Club in Danvers on Thanksgiving Day. The buffets is $34.95 for adults and $15.95 for children and the hours are noon to 4 p.m.

 There will be two seating :11:45 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. at I Pazzi in Danvers. There will be a special, limited menu with main course selections includes a chicken, steak, or salmon dish.

 A traditional Thanksgiving Meal will be served at T.G.I. Friday’s for $35, with a special “junior meal” for the little ones for $8.95.

Essex 

The Farm Bar and Grill: The “Franksgiving”  event from 9 a.m. to noon at the Farm Bar and Grill is Essex is a unique event – buy any drink and get eggs strata (quiche without the crust) for free.

Tom Shea’s: There will be one item on the menu on Thanksgiving day at Tom Shea’s – a turkey dinner. The cost is $35 per person plus tax and tip.

Ipswich

1640 Hart House: A limited menu, which includes a turkey dinner, will be served at the 1640 Hart House in Ipswich. At last check, almost every table had been booked, but some space may still be available in the bar.

We checked with more than 60 North Shore restaurants to find those serving dinner on Thanksgiving Day, but if we missed any please let us know in the comments.
