Typically, twice a month we bring you a look at homes that have recently sold in Hamilton and Wenham. But since Feb. 1, no homes have sold in the two towns.
So instead, we turn the calendar back to 2011. At the end of 2011, we told you about the top priced homes that sold in the two towns in 2011 . Now, we bring you the least expensive homes that sold in 2011. Since there was a three-way tie at No. 8 at $190,000, the list actually include 11 homes. All of the homes are in Hamilton - the least expensive home to sell in Wenham in 2011 sold for $197,900 on Pleasant Street. The list does not include land-only sales. All the photos were taken at about the time of the sale.
