Better Business Bureau of Eastern Massachusetts is pleased to announce the BBBASAP App is now available in Suffolk and Middlesex counties. BBBASAP is a new, free service that allows people to quickly locate a trusted BBB Accredited Business that is nearby and ready to help. Initially for BBB Accredited Business Plumbers and Electricians in Massachusetts Suffolk and Middlesex counties.
“BBBASAP makes choosing a professional easy by providing people with a trusted Accredited Business in close proximity and one that is immediately available for the job,” said Paula Fleming, spokesperson for the local BBB. “Our new service connects potential customers and Accredited Businesses together, quickly and easily.”
People can access this free service on their smartphone, tablet or through a browser on their computer. Consumers simply choose the type of service needed, provide a few details, and add their location. Within seconds, the request is sent to participating BBB Accredited Business’ smartphones, alerting the professional who is closest to the user’s location.

BBB’s goal is to connect people in need and trustworthy Accredited Businesses together quickly and efficiently through the BBBASAP app. Not only can people view the Accredited Business’ profile, they can choose to connect or end the process and continue the search. If the person chooses to connect, their contact information is sent to the Accredited Business to make the connection.
