von Trapp Granddaughter to Visit Hamilton for 'Sound of Music' Show
One of the granddaughter's of the family that was the real-life inspiration for the "Sound of Music" will be available for questions and answer after a weekend show.
Kristina von Trapp, granddaughter of Maria and the Captain von Trapp, will be at the Community House of Hamilton-Wenham on Saturday, March 2 for the 3 p.m. performance of the "Sound of Music."
She will hold a question and answer session with the audience after the show. The "Sound of Music" was inspired by the real-life story of the von Trapp family, who now live in Vermont.
Saturday's matinee is one of the several "Sound of Music" performances at the Community House during the next two weekends.
