New England Light Opera Kicks Off Summer Concert Series in Hamilton

Proceeds of the concerts go to support NEGASS and our school outreach program.

New England Light Opera and the New England Gilbert & Sullivan Society are collaborating to present the wildly successful 11th Annual Summer Concert Series in Hamilton.

Opening night is Wednesday, July 9. 

"Our audiences give us standing ovations and say that our concerts are some of their favorite experiences!" said Angela Jajko, singer.  

All shows are at 7:30 p.m. at the beautiful and air-conditioned Hamilton Wenham Community House, 284 Bay Road, Hamilton, MA. Proceeds of the concerts go to support NEGASS and our school outreach program, so come out and hear the area's finest singers put on four amazing shows! 

Show schedule:  

Wednesday, July 9:
  “Here's a Howdy-Do!” songs and scenes from the beloved shows of Gilbert & Sullivan
Wednesday, July 16: “Broadway Lights” songs and scenes from the great musical theater shows
Wednesday, July 23: “Songs from the Gilded Stage” scenes and arias from the greatest operas and operettas
Wednesday, July 30: “Cabaret Nights” an intimate evening of jazz standards and torch songs

Per show tickets: $12 for adults/$10 for NEGASS members and seniors 65 and older/$5 for kids and students
