FAMILY BEST BETS OF THE WEEK

Why Go: It is an organized and safe evening of games and entertainment. Drop off the tweens in grades 6 to 8 and have an evening of your own.
Pricing: Free for registered teens. $8 for non-registered guests.
Where/When: Topsfield Fairgrounds. 207 Boston St., Topsfield. Saturday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Why Go: This is a way for teens 16 and up to get active in the entertainment side of the Topsfield Fair.
Where/When: . Saturday at 11 a.m.
Why Go: Children can make their own special St. Patrick’s Day keepsake.
Where/When: . Sunday at 1 p.m.
Why: Guests will learn about Victorian Era styles. There will be an actress presenting dress and lecture.
Pricing: In Advance: Members $10, Non-Members $14. At-the-Door: Members $12, Non-Members $16.
Where/When: . Tuesday at 3 p.m.
Why Go: Children and their parents will be toured around the often closed-to-public dairy operation.
