"The Princess Plays"

The Company at IHS will perform Colleen Neuman's "The Princess Plays"  at the Ipswich Performing Arts Center, 134 High St, Ipswich on Friday, May 6, Saturday, May 7 and Sunday May 8.  Friday and Saturday performances will be at 7:30 p.m.  Matinee performances are available Saturday and Sunday at 2:30 p.m.

Each 2:30 p.m. matinee will be preceded by a tea party from 1 to 2:15 in the IHS cafeteria; tea party participants are encouraged to come in fairy tale-themed costumes.

The three one-act plays: "The Princess and the Princess," "The Lost Half-Hour" and "Twice Upon a Time" spoof traditional fairy tales and mirror several story lines from Disney movies. The production is led by company director Debra Dion Faust and student assistant director Rachel Benjamin, a senior. Juniors Rachel Corning and Sam Perakis are co-stage managers.
