'Art Grows Here' Enters Third Year, Seeks Entries for July Event

Art Grows Here is looking for artists to participate in the 2012 outdoor art display that will span Hamilton and Wenham in July.

It’s back – Art Grows Here will be returning to Hamilton and Wenham this summer for the third straight year.

Right now, the local non-profit group is looking for local artists to participate in the “annual, ten day, map-guided tour of outdoor art and performance” in both towns. It will run July 13-21.

“This year we want to fill our map with a full range of artistic expressions,” Art Grows Here said in its call for entries released on Wednesday. “We are looking for - but are not limited to - proposals for large outdoor art installations, sculpture, performance, dance, poetry, theater, group collaborations.”
