First Congregational Church of Hamilton is a 300 year old church comprised of people from across the North Shore of Boston, and is in search of a Pastor of Youth Ministry.

Therefore, the Pastor of Youth Ministry will focus on developing relationships with youth to help them mature in their faith, connect them with the life of the church, grow in their biblical understanding, and to live authentic lives consistent with their God given purpose. The Pastor of Youth Ministry should have strong leadership abilities, be able to connect readily and easily with youth and their families, connect youth with one another, and be able to creatively and passionately encourage youth to grow in their faith."
