Representative Hill Announces 2nd Annual North Shore Community Food Drive

Representative Brad Hill (R-Ipswich) will be holding the North Shore Community Food Drive again this fall to benefit the Acord Food Pantry and other community food pantries. The event will take place at the Rowley Market Basket on Friday, September 27th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Saturday, September 28th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Items that are appreciated are macaroni & cheese, spaghetti sauce, dry pasta, tuna and other canned fish, canned meats, canned spaghetti, canned vegetables, canned soups, canned fruit, peanut butter, jelly, cereal, rice, bottled juice, cake mix/brownie mix, pudding, jell-o, baked beans, and other non-perishable items. Monetary donations are also welcomed.

The Acord Food Pantry has served the North Shore community for close to 22 years. With superb staff and over one hundred volunteers at the Acord Food Pantry alone, this organization does a great service for those in the North Shore community who need an extra hand.
