Thank you Senator Bruce Tarr for filing legislation in response to the horrors suffered by Puppy Doe. Dumped in a Quincy playground, Puppy Doe suffered ongoing abuse. She had been starved, beaten and stabbed. Her tongue had been split and her joints had been pulled apart. Senator Tarr has responded to the public outrage by filing the PAWS act.
