change ofambulance service

Been  several weeks, and we now have Beauport Ambulance srvice doing the town, yet here is another case where town officials changed services but so far little information is given to the public on why it was changed, its just another case of things get changed or added to, yet town brass appears to feel why tell the taxpayers the reasons.  They seem to feel that they know more than the folks who pay the taxes.
  tHERE IS THE RUMOR THAT WHENAi CHANGE TOOK PLACE, IT WAS NOT DONE CORRECTLY AND THE CONTRACT WAS PUT OUT FOR BID, YET AGAIN NO WORD IF THIS HAPPENED OR NOT, AND ONE NEVER HEARS ANYTHING WHEN LISTENING TO THE SELECTMEN WHEN MEETINGS ARE ON CABLE. TV ABOUT CONTRACTS AWARDED TO COMPANIES.  SOUNDS LIKE MORE HOW THE POLLS IN WASHINGTON DC OPERATE, DON'T TELL FOLKS TOO MUCH..BAD WAY TO RUN TOWN BUSINESS.
