bad location of open gate at new playground

With the new playground open for folks to use, a very Glaring error was made in the plan, that being a open gate in the split rail fence, which could allow small children to run right out into Bay road which is fairly heavy traveled highway.  Young children having a great time running around the play area could very easy want to run put of this open gate.  The opening should be closed and then folks who want to go onto Bay road can walk down the short distance to the crossing, which has traffic lights.  A very poor plan to allow this open gate.  Needs correction ASAP.
