Heather Player, 30, of 168 Asbury St. was charged with domestic assault and battery and malicious destruction of property less than $250. The arrest was made by Officer Joe Achadinha. Player was released on $500 cash bail and she was scheduled to be arraigned on Jan. 24 in Ipswich District Court in Newburyport.
