Scott Brown (R), Elizabeth Warren (D): U.S. Senate
Scott Brown has represented Massachusetts in the U.S. Senate since a January 2010 special election held to fill the U.S. Senate seat vacated by the late Ted Kennedy. Brown defeated state Attorney General Martha Coakley with 1,168,107 votes, or 51.9 percent, to her 1,058,682 votes, or 47.1 percent.
John Tierney (D), Richard Tisei (R), Daniel Fishman (L): Fifth Congressional District
John Tierney has been the Congressman representing Wenham since 1997. He faces off against Richard Tisei, a Republican who is a former state Senator and lieutenant governor candidate and Daniel Fishman, a Libertarian from Beverly. In 2010, Tierney defeated Bill Hudak of Boxford 58-42 percent.
Maura Ciardiello (R), Eileen Duff (D): Governor's Council Fifth District
Ciardiello, of Haverhill and Duff, of Gloucester, are both in their first run for Governor's Councilor. They are seeking to fill the seat formerly filled by Mary-Ellen Manning of Peabody, who did not seek reelection to run for state Senate in the Second Essex District. She was defeated in the September primary.
Bruce Tarr (R): Massachusetts Senate First Essex and Middlesex District
Tarr, a Republican from Gloucester, has represented Wenham since 1995 and currently serves as the Senate Minority leader. He is running unopposed. In 2010, he was unopposed and was reelected.
Bradford Hill (R): Massachusetts House of Representatives 4th Essex District
Brad Hill has been the state representative representing Wenham since 1999. He is running unopposed. In 2010, he was unopposed and was reelected. He currently holds the position of Second Assistant Minority Leader in the House.
Wenham Updates From The Polls
7 a.m. The polls are open at Wenham Town Hall, where a new traffic pattern for election day is being used for the first time. The temperature is 25 degrees, which also makes it the coldest morning of the fall so far.

No waiting to vote in Wenham. Voting at Town Hall ran very smoothly.
