The top 10 priced homes sales in Hamilton and Wenham in 2012 ranged from $955,000 to $2.95 million. There were two home sales over $2 million, the first two homes over $2 million to sell in two years. The range of the top 10 homes was similar to 2011, when it ranged from $937,500 to $1.95 million.
Two of the homes made the list for the second year in a row. The home at 6 Black Brook Road sold for $1.8 million in 2011 and again sold for $1,686,500 in 2012. The home at 67 Walnut Road in Wenham sold for $1.05 million in 2011 and again for $1.16 million in 2012.
