There’s three real estate open houses this weekend in Hamilton and Wenham after two back-to-back holiday weekends.

All three open houses are on Sunday.

The first open house of the day is at 12 Rock Maple Ave. in Hamilton, which is on the corner of Bay Road (Route 1A). The open house runs from noon to 1:30 p.m.

The last open house of the day is in Wenham at 5 Lafayette Lane, a small cul-de-sac road in the Parsons Hill neighborhood off Grapevine Road.

The open house runs from 2-3:30 p.m.

The four bedroom, 3,885 square foot home is priced at $710,000.

The brick front home includes a two story foyer.
