A man in Northborough this week was expected to face charges in connection with his actions to destroy materials from the Lyndon LaRouche PAC that was set up in front of a bank.
The PAC - with its depiction of President Barack Obama with an Adolph Hitler-style mustache - often sets up in front of the post offices in South Hamilton and Wenham. Police have said previously that as long as the group does not block the sidewalk or harass passers-by, they are OK to be there.
Carl Lund, a local businessman who grew up in Northborough and now lives in Shrewsbury, faces charges for kicking over and damaging an anti-Obama display set up last week in Northborough.
While no similar incidents have been reported in Hamilton and Wenham, the group often causes complaints when it sets up, sometimes in the form of calls to police and other people turn to the Hamilton-Wenham Patch Facebook page to complain.
How do you react when you see the group set up with its posters, which include President Obama with a Hitler mustache? Tell us in the comments.
