Four homes sold in Hamilton and Wenham in the first half of October with an average sale price of over $1 million. Two of the homes were waterfront – one on Chebacco Lake and the other with a direct view of Pleasant Pond. All of the sales data comes from the Essex County Registry of Deeds.

23 Miles River Road: Joseph F. and Linda Galvin to Susan P. Gribbell, $1.1 million

Wenham

125 Pleasant St.: Richard Clayton, executor of the estate of Carol Martin-Gordin to Brian R. and Erica L. Giovannucci, $275,000

143 Grapevine Road: William W. and Susan P. to Inder-Jeet and Elizabeth Gujral, $2.275 million
