Salaries are lower, jobs more scarce. Where did the so called recession go, the 99%. Obviously the 99% could not afford to live in Hamilton, a once quiet town where Sylvania and United Shoe, blue collar workers once dotted the landscape up to Georgetown, Gloucester and Essex. All once very affordable communities to most of those with a full time job. In todays world, even a homeless person could not last in Hamilton ? Kids are moving back home, deferring college, parents are moving in with their parents and the grand parents, if they were hit hard in the wall street debacle are moving to the Carolinas. Is it just me or is the 1% living here right in Hamilton as Elizabeth Warren advocates. Oh by the way Elizabeth you also qualify for being in the top 1%. So where is the occupy movement, "Jerry" who heads up the occupy movement out of Marblehead ? Dead in the Water. Come this election time the feminists will lose. Obama will get beat, Brown will get re-elected and Tierney will have a new Term ! Capitalism and Democracy ? You gotta love it !

It's amazing how expensive even mid-level homes are getting on the open market. As a Hamilton-Wenham roofer (http://www.northshoreroofer.com/roofing-hamilton-ma), I'm very in tune with homeowner trends. It seems to me that for the most part many people are staying put, which in turn is driving up property prices. Great time to be a homeowner!
