5:02 p.m. A ticket was issued after a car stop on Arbor Street.

6:51 p.m. A motor vehicle crash on Route 128 ended up being in Manchester-by-the-Sea.

9:13 p.m. A verbal warning was issued after a car stop on Topsfield Road near the Beverly town line. Dennis G. Cook, 22, of 3 Warren Dr. in Middleton was charged with possession with the intent to distribute Class D drugs, marijuana.

Tuesday, May 22

1:26 a.m. A suspicious vehicle was reported at a Grapevine Road address.

9:45 a.m. The utility company was notified about hazards on Porter Street.

10:57 a.m. A lockout was handled on Grapevine Road.

12:44 p.m. Assistance was rendered at Buker Elementary School.

12:46 p.m. Animal control was called to an animal call on Topsfield Road.

5:57 p.m. A home break-in was reported at a Cherry Street address. There were no more details available from police and it remains under investigation.

7:24 p.m. A 911 hang-up or wrong dial call came from a Eaton Road address.

8:31 p.m. A verbal warning was issued after a car stop on Main Street.
